In order to change the Plex video quality settings on your Amazon FireTV device, simply find the “Settings” menu option at the bottom of the home screen in Plex.

Settings > Video Quality >

• Adjust automatically > OFF
• Home streaming > Maximum
• Remote streaming > Maximum
