In order to change the Plex video quality settings on your AppleTV device, simply find the “Settings” menu option at the bottom of the home screen in Plex.

Settings > Video Quality > Internet Streaming

• Auto Adjust Quality > Off
• Local Quality > Maximum
• Remote Quality > Maximum
